Heather Davis, Esq.

Heather Davis, Esq. began her legal career as a paralegal in Medical Malpractice over 20 years ago graduating from Hofstra University with a bachelor's in English Literature. Since Graduating from Touro Law Center, Ms. Davis has gained experience in Elder Law and Estates, Education Law, and Real Estate. However, the primary focus of her practice has been in Family Law, specializing in sensitive domestic violence cases.

Ms. Davis is passionate about this area of law, having seen firsthand through her personal experience how much of a difference effective, representation can make when it matters most. It is her life's goal to use her own experience to guide her clients gently through the processes of these emotionally wrought cases.

While at Touro, Ms. Davis demonstrated her commitment to compassionate service and high work ethic by earning the Elizabeth Gonzalez Book Award for contributions to fellow students, wellness, Exemplary Contributions to the Growth of Law Center Award, Exemplary Contributions to the Quality of Student Life Award, Exemplary Dedication and Service to the Moot Court Honors Board, and the Touro Law Pro Bonos Service Award. While at Touro, Ms. Davis also served as her school's Lawyers Assistance Committee Student representative.

Ms. Davis is a member of the New York City Bar, the Nassau County Bar, where she sits on the Lawyers Assistance Committee, and the Suffolk County Bar, where she serves as Co-chair of the Lawyers Helping Lawyers Committee
